Sampson is a superb companion animal. He is very affectionate to people and enjoys playing with other dogs. He is house trained, crate trained and rides well in a vehicle. Sampson obeys several obedience commands and walks well on a leash. He follows us around the house and sits at our feet. Sampson needs an active family. He has a nice mellow activity level when he is with just his people, but has a lot of energy to wrestle with other dogs and go for long walks. Sampson becomes slightly nervous during thunder storms and needs to be with his people to feel secure. He should be in a crate if people are not at home and there is a chance of thunder storms. Sampson comes with his own crate. He does not get along with cats. Sampson is a great family dog with a beautiful white mask around his eyes. Maybe with the mask he should have been named Bandit, because he will surely steal your heart.
