Teddy Bud went to the Bridge on April 6, 2009 He will be missed very deeply. “thank you Teddy Bud – you are the BEST puppy ever,” love Mom
Bud went to his forever home on Saturday July 29th, 2006.
His mom wrote the following: Dear Jim and Carol,
Lucien, Ryan and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you both for the chance to foster Bud in our home the past few weeks. Even though Bud is an eleven year old gentleman who was dropped at a local shelter to be gassed by his previous owners, we can tell you what an absolute delight he is. He is a big boy with lots of life left in him. Since he now has two younger sisters and a foster brother, he has just come alive. He rolls upside down in the grass and kicks up his feet, plays with “his” favorite tennis ball, crawls in bed each morning to wake up Ryan and even is beginning to run with the rest. He has such an awesome personality that we just couldn’t let him be adopted, so we had to be selfish and adopt him ourselves. As Carol put it, his job will be to follow me everywhere (especially the bathroom – where I become his captive audience) and dripping water all over the kitchen floor. I could find nothing more enjoyable than having him do these things the rest of his life.
Sincerely, Lucien, Kathy and Ryan Landry Lady, Geauxldy and Hopper (foster) Bud is an 11 year old gentleman who was dropped at a local shelter to be gassed. I guess they thought he had served his purpose in their lives and he had become disposable. He has a wonderful personality and is in great shape for his age. He is heartworm negative and ready to go. Can you see it in your heart to let this wonderful guy spend the rest of his life loving you? |
