Bailey

Bailey went to her forever home in Massachusetts on November 2, 2007.

Update from family:

Our first golden Brady (formerly Billy) came to us via GSGRR in August 2005. Just two days before Hurricane Katrina hit the state of Louisianna. We were so fortunate as he was on one of the last flights out for animals before the storm. We quickly found that 8 month old Billy loved the football, hence his new name became Brady after our beloved New England Patriots QB.

Brady learned very quickly what life with 2 little girls was going to be like. Playing dress up, wearing eye shadow, going trick or treating, getting leftovers from Thanksgiving dinner and lots of napping followed by reindeer antlers for Christmas. Brady is such a fun loving and easy going boy who loves his daily walks and hugs and kisses not to mentioned his afternoon and evening naps on one of our daughters beds.

Now 2 years later, we decided that we wanted to add another addition to our family. We immediately went right to GSGRR. Enter a lovely girl named Bailey. Bailey arrived at 11 months old on November 2, 2007. Coincidently, we found that Brady and Bailey they looked very much alike. Bailey a more petite version but never the less another fantastic placement and addition to our family.

It took just one day or so for Brady and Bailey to become friends and now they are inseperable. Bailey adjusted rather quickly to the dress up, the kids and all the games that our house is full of. She is just a little bundle of energy who loves to walk, run and play with Brady (she never lets him take a break). She does enjoy her naps on the couch. Neither one of them go far from each other.

Our daughters have learned how animals truly love unconditionally as they see how Brady and Bailey respond to other people as well as one another. Both dogs have been such a wonderful addition to our family, they truly enjoy being with us as much as we enjoy being with them.

Thank You for all of your time, energy and love for these animals so that they can go to truly loving forever homes.

Merry Merry Christmas 2007!

My name is Bailey. I am about 8 months old. My owners did not want me any longer so the folks at GSGRR took me in and promised to find me another home. I love to play with all the other dogs and really love to be around people.
