Copper

Copper, went to his forever home in Maine on September 20th, 2005.

Copper took a plane ride on Tuesday September 20th from Baton Rouge airport to Boston Mass. He was met by his new daddy at the cargo area of Logan Airport and was immediately happy with his new dad. He jumped in the back seat of the car easily and started the journey to Maine. He is doing wonderfully and following his dad around the house and whereever he goes.

PS- he happens to live right down the street from the Cocker- golden mix Cindy, now Sydney.

COPPER:

ELEGANT CREATURE LOOKING FOR HOME:
Why this regal cream colored beauty was named "Copper" may remain a mystery for a time to come since his illustrious coat is not akin to the redness of the metal. Yet, his beauty is as bold as can be, just more of a warm light gold, making him seemingly more valuable than one can imagine. . .

Copper is a gorgeous six-year-old stately male who had been used for entirely too long a time to breed. No doubt the puppies he sired were as magnificent as him, but now it's HIS time to be glorified. This gentle giant is heartworm negative and is in need of getting instead of giving . . . Are you that person or that family that could possibly be the perfect match?
He's an attentive and sweet dog, eager to please and ready to love. If you have a heart of gold, he might be just the dog for you. Copper is a calm and wonderful Golden Retriever who needs that forever home, one with stability, peace and harmony. Like all our rescued Goldens, he deserves nothing less. . .
