Daphne went to her forever home in Massachusetts on January 13, 2007.

Update as of February 19th, 2007: Daphne with her new family including Adam age 9, Niki age 3, Madison age 6 and Pauliena, a friend.

In celebration of his 9th birthday, Adam asked his Mom if his classmates could meet Daphne. Adam had to get the permission of the school principal and his teacher for this to happen. Adam's Mom brought Daphne to school at recess time so small groups of students could meet Daphne outside. Then the students in Adam's class got to sign a card being sent to GSGRR. Enclosed in the card was a donation from Daphne's family to help with Sissy's eye surgery. This donation was in lieu of the cupcakes, drinks and birthday treats that parents typically bring in for student birthdays.

My name is Daphne. I am about 2 years old. I do very well with kids, other dogs and cats. I was found as a stray running loose. I am heartworm negative and ready to go. I am one sweet gal and love to nuzzle up with humans. I am looking for my forever home. If your's is the home for me, I will promise to love you all of my life.
