Fergie now Phoebe

Fergie, now known as Phoebe, went to her forever home in Thomaston CT on October 4th, 2007.

Hi, Jim - I hope this finds you, your family and the furry kids doing well!

Thought you'd like a photo and update on Phoebe (aka Fergie). She is doing very well and has put on much-needed weight. She is very sweet and loving. You were right about the dragonfly and butterfly chasing :-) We are leash training her; she still pulls, but is getting better. She is incredibly athletic and loves fetch. She has adjusted well and quickly into our homes and lives. Of course, she has easily worked her way into our hearts also!

I am sending you a package today of Glucosamine, and I have included an unopened supply of Frontline as well - our dearly beloved Chessie passed away before any of these things could be used and we would like them to help other dogs who have needs.

Thanks a bunch for all you do for these gorgeous animal friends and Happy Thanksgiving - David, Silvana, and Phoebe in Thomaston, CT

My name is Fergie. I have just finished nursing and caring for litter of pups. As with most young mommies, my coat has fallen out and I need to put on some weight. Those young ones sure take it out of you. My foster mom says that she is confident that I will gain some weight pretty soon and within a couple of months I will have most of my thicker hair back. I am a tall girl and so are my puppies.

I am a very sweet girl and love to be with people. I love to play with other dogs as well. Three of my puppies are still with me in my present foster home. They are about 16 weeks old and they are still a paw full.

I am ready for my forever home. I am a little over a year old. I have been spayed and am up to date on all my shots. I am also heartworm negative and on prevention.
