Hannah, now Libby

Update in december 2009:

Hope this Holiday season finds you doing well....  I wanted to give you an update on "Hannah" who we renamed to Libby (as Hannah is our daughters name).  Libby came to her forever home in Kittery, Maine, last year.   In February it will be 1 year that we have had her.  She is doing so well and is such a great part of the family!  She has had no unusual health concerns, has certainly bulked up her weight (she is now at 75 lbs) and still has it in her to play with our other golden Lukie who will be 3 on Christmas!

She has been a great additon to our family and we love her dearly!  Thanks for giving our family the opportunity to reach out and help her.   It has been a tremendous life lesson for my children, as well as my husband and I, and we love her dearly!

Enjoy the Holidays!

Heather

Hannah went to her forever home in Kittery Maine on Friday February 20, 2009. she is having a ball at her new home.

Name: Hannah
Gender:Female
Age:6 years
Spay:Yes
Vaccinations:UTD
Heartworm Status:Tested negative

Hannah was a stray that wondered onto someone's property. She was turned into GS so we could find her a good home. Hannah came to us with some health issues: Severe ear infection, skin problems, and very under weight. She is doing well in her foster home, responding to her meds and putting on weight.
Hannah has been a wonderful house guest. A real good girl. She has had no issues in her new surroundings: She hasn't shown and bad habits. No counter surfing,or getting into the garbage.Hannah does not get on furniture or chew on anything she shouldn't. She goes in her crate on command and sits on command. She walks well on the leash with no pulling. She does not jump on people when they enter my home. She is house broken and she lets you know when she needs to go outside. She also loves to sing when she goes outside. ( I think it is so cute). She also loves to play with her toys and does like to play fetch with her ball.

She is such a loveable dog and is very willing to please.
If you think your family can give Hannah a loving forever home please complete our online application and mention her name.
