Mindy went to her forever home in Baton Rouge in January 2007.

Update from her new family:

Felicia,

I just wanted to send you a quick email to provide you my email and to let you know that Mindy is doing very well.

She loves the backyard and does not understand why we want to stay inside. If anyone comes over she is the first to greet them....she loves people. We have been grooming her every night......she loves her grooming time. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that all is well and that we understand why you were so attached after a week. We are still planning to go to LSU Vet open house so let's try and coordinate when we will be there so that you can see Mindy.

Mindy was a puppy mill rescue and was quite shy and not very playful. She has really come into her own and is becoming the golden that she wants and deserves to be.
