Scarlett went to her forever home today, november 28, 2008, in Lafayette, LA. She will be living with her canine brother Sam and play with four horses on a 5 acre property.

Scarlett came to GSGRR from East Baton Rouge Animal Shelter. We do not know her past, but she is was timid when we first got her. She has doing great progress in a week and gradually coming out of her shell. She has a great golden personality -- very gentle, loving, obedient, and always willing to please you. She loves to play fetch and knows how to sit. She loves to be outdoors and enjoys walking. Scarlett loves to be petted and to just lay on the floor by a human being.

Scarlett is up to date on vaccinations and has tested heartworm negative. She will be a great addition to a family who is looking for a gentle, smart, loving, yet active golden retriever.
