Shar now Shari here she is with her new family.
Update on December 2009:
Update on December 19, 2006:
Shar went to her forever home in Wisconsin on November 5th. She is having a ball with her new family, mom and dad and canine sister, as well as human siblings. She had quite the crowd greeting her at the airport in Chicago. Happy trails Shar. Update on December 19, 2005: We are still in transition with her but
loving her. She likes to counter surf and take things she shouldn't.
She is still just a puppy at heart and we have gone through this with
our other golden but it was years ago. Our Abbey tries to keep her
in line. She is enjoying the snow but didn't enjoy it when we got really
cold up here. She is going to go up north for a week with my husband
and son and he is going to do some serious training to get her to listen
to us. She got away from my husband yesterday because she pulled the
leash out of his hand but the person who had dog that she was running
to was able to catch her. We just love her and she is just a cuddle
dog. Our nephew just adopted a dog and a cat from the Hopesafehouse
here in Racine that was sheltering a lot of Katrina victims and he
is working with the chewing issues with his dog. It is just an adjustment
period and we love her and I think our Abbey girl is starting to be
attached to her also. They have a lot of fun dog playing out in the
snow. SHOWER ME “SHAR” :
Spayed, completely vetted, and up-to-date on shots, Shar is mildly heartworm positive although she displays no clinical symptoms. Shar is being treated with Heartguard Preventative. Shar is a tender young Golden that exemplifies the breed in being generous with other dogs, kind and gentle. She’s never met a canine or child she doesn’t like. How do you think she’ll fit into your home? Your heart would need to be large to accommodate the copious amounts of love this dog has to offer. Like all of us – dog or human – we’re just looking for a place to fit in and love and be loved. When you look at her picture, you’ll feel it in your heart and know it with all the knowing you need – if she’s the dog for you and whether you’re ready for her loyalty and devotion!
