Sissy-Girl now named Annie
Sissy Girl, now Annie, went to her forever home in Taunton Mass on January 28, 2007. From her new momma: Hi again! I was just looking through your latest newsletter and noticed the adorable photo of Annie (formerly Sissy-Girl) and thought I'd update you on how she's doing and send some more recent photos! Annie is an absolute joy - and has learned to teach our chihuahua to be mischevious and chew things! But, a couple weeks ago Annie graduated from Puppy Kindergarten and she is a very fast learner - she was certainly the star of the class! She's about 30 lbs now and about 4 1/2 months old. She is growing so fast! Most of the time she wants to play, and she certainly is showing her Golden/Lab retriever side since she loves the beach and fetching balls. She'll go through advanced training next and then we'll probably take her to an agility class for fun! I hope you are all doing well, congratualtions Jeanne on your new vice-president role, and I hope to see you both in NH! Lauren Just a quick update, Annie is still doing very well - she's climbing stairs like a pro too! She and Oliver get along SO well, he loves playing with her and she loves to romp around. We were planning on checking out a local Puppy Kindergarten class last night, but decided to wait until next Monday - those classes begin Feb 26th so we'll enroll her in that to get even more socialization. Jeanne, Just wanted to let you know that Sissy-Girl arrived right on time and she is amazing! So adorable and such a sweetheart. Our other dog, Oliver, loves her too and our cats are even trying to play with her. Anyway, thank you for your help in the adoption and I'll definitely keep in touch! I look forward to meeting you this summer if not sooner!
My name is Sissy Girl and I am 7 weeks old. My dad was a Golden Retriever and my mom was a Golden Lab. My moms had so many pups that she could not feed them all so I was taken home by a shelter worker and fed with a bottle. I love to be cuddled and will make you a great companion for a long time. |
