Andy

Andy went to his forever home in New Iberia, LA in late December 2008.

Update from him new family:
Hello Judy:

Wanted to let you know that we are truly enjoying Andy. He is doing very well and seems to be making himself quite comfortable. Hebert, our Westie, gives him a hard time and wants to play all the time and Andy takes it in stride. They play well together. I am so glad that we have him. Wanted to send a couple of photos so you could see that he looks well. He has a kind soul that I can see in his eyes.

Will send more pictures soon.

Andy came to us from the East Baton Rouge shelter. In a short period we have learned so much about his personality.

Andy is a beautiful 5 year old Retriever. He is friendly with everyone he meets. He loves kids and gets along with cats.

Andy is very lovable, he loves to play ball (he is a true Retriever), and loves for you to give him your full attention. He is always by my side. He loves to ride in the car,he's housebroken, and does not chew or get on furniture. He does like to check out the garbage (we are working on that). He does "OK" on the leash. He is not reliable enough to be let off of the leash and to come back when called. He does well in the crate and is crated when I leave and at night.

Andy is looking for a loving forever home!
