Anne- now Millie

Anne went to her forever
home on April 7th, 2005 in New Hampshire.
Anne is doing really well with her new sister
Remy, another golden. She is having a great time and loves playing
outside with her new sister.
update on august 22:
Hi Lee,
Millie is doing very well. She adjusted immediately and made herself
an
instant part of the family. Our other golden, Remy, enjoys having a
playmate and the two are never more than a few feet apart from each
other.
We couldn't have dreamed of a better dog. The kids often ask why anyone
would give up a sweet dog like our Millie, I tell them it must be because
she was meant to be with us! We all go back to school in a few weeks
so
the girls will have an adjustment that I am sure they will handle well
together, we on the other hand will miss them so much while we are
away
all day. We are looking forward to walks in the woods after school
with
them. Thanks for all you do,
Pam, JP, Chloe, Ben, Millie and Remy :)
UPDATE ON APRIL 15TH:
Everything is going great. It seems like we have always
had her and its
only been a week. Millie and Remy have a blast together and in the
evening they are exhausted from playing all day. Millie is very well
behaved and has adjusted well to our routine. We will send photos soon.
We have been very busy and will try to do this during the weekend.
Thanks
so much for granting us the opportunity to add a wonderful new member
to
our family. JP
Hi Lee,
After picking up Anne (we have renamed her Millie) and driving back
home
we introduced her to our other Golden, Remy. They hit it off beautifully
playing and sniffing and getting to know each other. It took no time
at
all for Millie to adjust to her new home and family.
Today we had a beautiful day in the 60s so we spent
most of the day out
doing yard work. The girls played and helped pick up sticks too. We
are
so pleased with her. She is a beautiful, friendly and loving dog. We
can't believe some one wouldn't want her.
Thank you so much for your help. We have recommended your rescue service
to friends.
Anne is a sweet 11 month old female. She is light
red in color. She does well with other dogs and loves kids.
She wants to be right next to you. She has a sweet face and
will make someone an excellent companion. She is very laid
back especially for her young age. She is already spayed
and ready to go.
