Christy and Brad email on 7/6/04:

"Jim & Carol, Just wanted to say thank you. Brandy was well worth the drive down there. She was great on the trip home. Each stop, she got out, did her business and knew when it was time to go again. She never did sleep at all, she stood in between the front seats watching everything and getting her ears and chin scratched. Then when we stopped for a drink and snack, she thought she was supposed to have a snack also. Needless to say she likes Munchies snacks. Except the pretzels. Sunday night she slept on the floor in the family room. She lets us know when she needs to go out. Monday we went and bought her lots of toys, her favorite being a tennis ball and a rope. She fetches and brings the ball back to you expecting you to throw it again. Diana, our 2 yr old granddaughter, loves to play with her. They play tug of war and Diana laughs so hard that we all laugh at the both of them. Last night Brandy slept with me in the bed. I don't think she moved all night. I truly believe that she was destined to be with our family. She is a wonderful dog and we love her dearly. She is so sweet and minds really well. Just wanted to say thank you again. I will recommend people to you if I hear of anyone looking for a golden. Keep up the great work. You and Carol, Jim, & Micky are very special people to do what you are doing.
