Coceaux
"ADOPTED TO MA ON 1/31/2004" Coceaux is a beautiful Chocolate Lab/Golden Retriever Mix. She went thru her surgery fine , now she has all her shots and she is heartworm negative. Her foster mother thinks she is the "sweetest thing". JoEllen we had better ship her in a hurry "She is just wonderful. She is getting along well with the other dogs and actually is adapting to Steve, my husband, much better than Chloe. Chloe is still kinda skiddish around him and doorways. But Coceaux took right up to him and lays right next to him in his chair. Our one male is watching her just as if she was one of the others and nothing seems unusual. She wouldn't go up or down the stairs yesterday. We have two sets. But is all over the place today and seems to have mastered them. She really is enjoying the snow. We still have about 2 feet all around our home. So she is loving it. The goldens in general seem to like the snow more then the others, although the black scottie likes it too. She also got to see a horse today on the bridal path near our house. She is really a darling dog I can't imagine how someone let her go. I will keep you posted. And try to get a picture of Chloe and her. They are like two different versions of the same dog. Chloe is about 85 pounds now. They look very cute roaming the yard together. Although Chloe has the distinctive white star on her chest. Thanks for helping her get here. JoEllen" |
