Duchess 3
Update on January 23, 2011
Ellie, was duchess, is doing GREAT. We just got back from a 3 week long road trip up north for the holidays. I'm so proud of her, she did awesome! Ellie is a true character, and is loved by all. She has a few quirks, which include watching television and hiding my shoes in her kennel, though she never chews on them.
Ellie is a great companion! She will celebrate her 4th birthday next month, Feb '11,and we are hoping to get a negative Heartworm test back at the end of this month. Ellie is loved by everyone, including all dogs and children. Her favorite things to do are play at the park, watch other dogs on television, and hide her owner's shoes! She also loves playing at the dog park and going for long walks. We are hoping to go to the next orientation for Assisted Animal Therapy, so that Ellie can become trained for pet therapy. Ellie chooses people over toys, and loves being in the middle of all the action!
Duchess3 is good with people, cats, and children. She is also house trained and crate trained. She is a medium energy dog that enjoys walks, playing with people and dogs, and cuddling, but is not pushy for attention. In her past life Duchess was mostly left outdoors and escaped from her fenced yard multiple times. Given the choice, Duchess prefers to be next to her people, whether inside or outside.
