Harley has already been to the grooming salon at petco and been groomed as well as had his nails done and the ladies there just adored him. The neighbors also love him and he has been the perfect gentleman. He as well as Lucy are fast asleep from their endeavors today. We left your house and got home so that I could pick up Lucy's vaccination records and went straight to Petco so the children could have an afternoon of pleasure. And both Lucy and Harley did so well too. Harley had no problems at the salon and he looks marvelous too. The pic I have attached are after the two of them came back from being groomed. They almost shared a cage together because they both got into one cage and the ladies had a hell've time getting one of them out and into another cage. I brought them home and they lounged and Harley familiarized himself with the surroundings. I then took them for a walk and got barely 2/3's of the way down the street when one of our neighbors stopped to pet and play with both dogs. Well Harley and Lucy and I where there for probably 2 hours because everyone had to pet and walk the two celebrities. And the only thing everyone could say was how well behaved and how beautiful the King and Queen were together. Oh yeah I did get Harley a Harley Davidson Collar today that he is proudly wearing, but only because it was on sale. The collars with spikes were way too expensive. The two pooches have eaten their supper meal and are crashed out on the floor just about three feet from one another. Harley and Lucy were playing tug-o-war today with an old piece of cotton rope in the backyard. Well I will keep you posted and send you more pictures in the near future. Harley gives me many avenues to talk about Rescuing Goldens and I had a couple people a little interested tonite with Harley and Lucy. The two of them together are ambassadors for Gulf South Golden Retriever Rescue and make it easy to talk about rescuing versus buying from a breeder or other choices.
