Jazz loves life and people. She is a high-energy dog who constantly wants to interact with everything around her. Even though she is 5 plus years old, she mouths people and other dogs like a puppy. She is receiving training to stop this. When she came to us she also jumped on people, but this has almost entirely stopped.

Jazz likes nothing better than to be right next to her people. She is afraid of thunder. However, the last storm she laid down shaking, but without destructive behavior. Normally she sleeps in a crate without any problems.

After evaluation, we feel that she would do well in a small family with no small children or other dogs. Jazz loves to be outside, and does not bark to get in. However, she equally loves being inside, and tends to start looking for a way the fence when left outside for over 30 minutes. The family that adopts Jazz will need to provide daily exercise to burn her energy, but will be rewarded with a loving dog who lives for her family.
