Noel came to us through a very kind young woman who found her "lost" in the parking lot of a store after Christmas.  NOEL came up to everyone, but was shunned due to her less-than-perfect appearance.  She has some skin allergies possibly from fleas that made her scratch until she lost most of her lovely coat.  Her light green eyes draw you to her.  Her rescuer immediately took her to the emergency vet for treatment.  A steroid shot worked wonders and her skin came back to a healthy pink in a couple of days.  She is in good health and continuing to improve with good food and care in her foster home.
