KRYSTAL

Krystal went to her forever home in Morgan City LA in October 2007.

Update in November 2007--

Jim and Jan,

Maggie (formerly Krystal) has retrieved our hearts and is now an important part of our lives. She spent the first night in the crate and then the second night she alluded me to the point that I gave up and went to bed. A few minutes later she was on the floor next to me and has slept there since.

Maggie is full of energy and that's taking us a little time to get used to. Isabella was mature and had gotten very good at lounging around. I'm very good at that too. Maggie plays constantly when we are at home. Walking her for around forty-five minutes twice a day is not enough to tire her out. I'm going to lose some weight.

Maggie has the run of the house during the day while Marilyn and I are at work and best I can tell she must be resting up. She is very well behaved and only puts in her mouth the twenty or so toys available to her. Marilyn will pick up everything in the morning and by night all toys are spread around the house.

She is learning to walk on a leash but being so full of energy it has been difficult. There is a large fenced in area at the park down the street where she can run freely but loses interest quickly. She enjoys the dogs in the neighborhood but is more interested in our attention. She is definitely a Golden.

The most unusual trait is her howling when she wants back in the house. She looks and sounds like a wolf when she does this. Maggie has a lot of personality and she and we will have a good life together.

Butch and Marilyn

My name is Krystal. I am about 2 years old. I mind really well and just love to cuddle with people. If a good looking cuddly gal is what you are looking for I may be your gal. I get along well with all the other dogs and am looking for my forever home.
