Landry- adopted on 9/12/10 and now living in Metairie LA Dear Alicia,
Just a note to let the club know we really love our new Golden Retriever. He has gained 10 lbs so now he is 60 lbs which is his perfect weight. My Vet was not too happy with the slow method of treating his heart worms but after an awkward visit she relented. He started his obedience class which he so badly needed. He is so cute its hard to discipline him but he can only use that Rescue excuss for so long! So tell the group he is doing well and has a forever home with us.
Sincerely,
Joel
Name: Landry Gender: Male Age: About 3 years Vaccinations: UTD Spay/Neutered: Yes Heartworm status: Tested positive in August 2010
Intake: 9/1/10 Landry is a very handsome dog that we rescued from a local animal shelter. He is a very affectionate golden retriever who loves to be petted and give sweet kisses. He knows how to sit and stay and is crate trained. Landry is ready to be adopted to a loving family who will give him the attention he desires and take good care of him. Training is always recommended with a new dog regardless of its age because both the dog and the family learn how to interact positively and create an atmosphere where everyone is respected through mutual trust and gentle leadership. If you think you can give Landry the forever home he deserves complete our adoption application and mention his name.
