A very thin Maggie came from the shelter in Jackson County, MS in November 2010 and was adopted by a couple with a young, female Boxer. The two dogs played too hard and too often so their owners decided that the Boxer needed to be an only dog. Maggie was treated for heartworms in October and is heartworm free, healthy and at a good weight. She knows basic commands - sit - down - come and is sweet and calm. She is good with young children, people and most other dogs.
