Mags is a beautiful golden who wants nothing but love, love, love. If you glance her way she will pop up and want you to rub her head, give her praise, and tell her how beautiful of a girl she is. She loves to go on walks, and is no problem walking on a leash. 

Mags does great with my two other dogs, she plays eagerly with my 4 year old golden, yet plays just gentle enough with my 11 year old dog. For a 6 year old she can play as if she were a two year old or relax as if she were 10. I believe Mags would do best with being an only dog, or having just one other dog because she wants all the love you can give her. I haven't tried her around cats, but I don't think it would be a problem because her mannerisms are if you want to play I'll play, if not I'll just lie down. She is house broken, and our doggy door provides wonderful entertainment for her, she runs out and comes back in to tell you all the things she saw. I haven't crated her, because there is no need. She doesn't chew or jump on any furniture, and is very peaceful sleeping by the foot of the bed or in the living room. She does great with younger kids, and also a houseful of guests doesn't phase her. She loves her toys, and is never without one. 

She is in good health, yet has a bit of a time delay in getting up from laying down. This is due to a possible torn ligament in her back left leg at an early age. The vet said this isn't a problem and that exercise and movement is the best anecdote. 

Mags has the sweetest smile, and is never far from my side. I know that Mags will be a loyal companion. She knows when it is time to eat, and will enthusiastically bark and tell you she is ready for her meal. She has a personality of her own which revolves around wanting to please and love you. 

She loves being inside and pampered. She would be ideal for a family who wants to give her unconditional love, and she will return the favor for a lifetime.
