Micky

Micky has been adopted by his foster dad, dick.He will have a great life.

Update from Micky's new foster dad-June 27, 2010

I've had Mickey to foster for only two days, and he's a really good boy. He has good house manners,
and only gets on the furniture if he's invited. He plays with Leif(8 y/o Old Gold dog), and loves to snuggle.
We went to the park in Pass Christian, to the market and he was great. He was calm, greeted people,
and loved the attention. He's really easy and adaptable. He's good with children since he's so gentle.
He's a little shy of the flap on the dog door, but barks to get in or out. He's starting to use the door
with some encouragement. He'd be great in almost any home.

Mickey is a smaller golden colored male with a great temperament. He gets along well with the other goldens in his foster home. He's housebroken and crate trained. Doesn't get on furniture or counter surf. He loves to cuddle and to have his belly scratched.
He's been a very good house guest and easy to tend to. When he was taken in from the shelter he had skin infections from flea dermatitis and infections in both ears. He has allowed me to clean his ears and put medication in them without any problems.
