Penelope was found wandering the streets of a small Louisiana town and picked up by animal control. She is a white blond golden puppy with energy to spare. She loves to play with other dogs and people. She tends to mouth while playing with people and dogs. Penelope is very energetic and has alpha leanings. She will need some one willing to invest time in training so that she grows up into a proper and well-behaved young lady! Having said these things though, she is also a very loving dog who enjoys calm moments cuddling on the couch and chasing balls. Penelope has a microchip and is on HW preventative.
