SURRENDER YOUR GOLDEN

If you are no longer able to care for your golden retriever and would like to surrender your dog to our rescue, you can contact us at gulfsouthgoldens@gmail.com.

In your email, please include the following info about your dog:
Name
Age
Gender
Spayed or neutered
Vet’s name and phone number and/or vet records
Date of last vaccinations
Health status
Reason for relinquishing your golden
Pictures of your dog

And, finally, please include the following information, so we can contact you:
Your name
Location (city/state)
Phone number

Once we have this information, we will evaluate on your golden and determine whether we are able to accept them into our program. We cannot accept any dog with a history of aggression toward people.

If we accept your dog into our program, we will ask you to sign a relinquishment form giving us sole ownership of the dog.
